Your creative retreat will be hosted by Saskia and Yolanda. Saskia and Yolanda go way back, 15 years ago they were co-workers at a small publishing company here in Curaçao. After job changes they stayed in touch, and were always looking for opportunities to enhance their shared interest in people, communication, art and joy. After visiting Plantation Jan Thiel Lodge, they knew right away it would be the perfect spot for a creative weekend.
Saskia is a graphic designer and the owner of Peace of Art, an inspiring studio in Scharloo. At the studio Saskia offers workshops on themes like Art Journaling, Hand Letttering, Mixed Media and more. She loves everything creative, has been art journaling since 2016 and works mostly with bright, uplifting colors. Read more about Peace of Art here.

Yolanda is a trauma-informed storyteller and owner of Spread the Love Curaçao, a company that is dedicated to infusing everyday life with kindness and guide people back to a regulated nervous system.
